Announcing Our 2025-2026 Residency Program
CLLCTIVLY’s 12-month residency (April 2025 – April 2026) provides changemakers with an opportunity to center their wellness and deepen their impact. The program provides a stipend of $75k for residents to fortify their transformative work.
Program Details:
- – Three residents will be selected to participate in this experience
- – $75,000 stipend for the 12-month term (residents will receive a 1099 for tax purposes)
- – Space to prioritize personal wellness and sustainable leadership
- – Platform to amplify vision and community initiatives
- – Networking opportunities to build meaningful connections
Reciprocity Component:
In the practice of reciprocity, residents will share their genius with the CLLCTIVLY network through an agreed upon project or scope. During the residence, changemakers will build, deepen, or expand their social impact project while also sharing their gifts with CLLCTIVLY’s community.
Important: Proposed Residency projects must align with CLLCTIVLY’s mission, vision, and values.

CLLCTIVLY is a place-based social change organization located in Baltimore, Maryland. Since our launch in 2019, we have mobilized over $3,000,000 in no-strings-attached grants.
