Our mission at Charm City Community Development Corporation, Inc. is to: 

 1. To initiate, promote and assist in the economic development, and community programs and activities. 2. To improve the circumstances of the neighborhood’s low- and moderate-income residents by reducing the level of unemployment and underemployment through the creation of job opportunities. 3. To organize neighborhood residents of all ages to identify and respond to community issues. 4. To work cooperatively with existing public and private agencies toward the effective utilization of human resources in the community. 

We don’t build houses, we build communities one family at a time. We provide several programs and services that address the economic disparities of Baltimore City and County residents while providing other services to help the small businesses of our communities grow and thrive. 

Our programs include: 

Charm City Access2Work – A family-centered Employment Program – Requires A 2 Year Commitment

Charm City Next Level Business Development- Small Business Development Services- 

Non- Profit Techincal Services- Supporting grassroots non-profit programs in Baltimore City and Randallstown.
