Our 3 Pillars

MENTORSHIP:

Dare2Bee has an annual mentorship program: pairs girls with mentors who volunteer their time to impact the them. The mentorship program fosters accountability, growth, and positive  influence by providing love, support, financial, and emotional resources.

ACTS OF SERVICE: 

D2B mentorship program and volunteers serve through volunteering time, effort, and supplies. We want to improve our community and become a part of the solution to erase the negative stigmas attached to Baltimore and its people.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH:

Dare2Bee provides girls with amazing opportunities, and encourages them to make their own.

We host an annual conference called #GIRLONFIRE which includes various influential speakers, educational resources, chances for young girls to showcase their talents, and engage in workshops in order to gain new skills and build their confidence.

We also visit schools in the Baltimore area on doing #DIVATOUR where we talk with the girls about struggles and solutions.
