Mentoring Mentors

Mentoring Mentors is a Baltimore-based non-profit that supports youth 11- 18 through an intergenerational, near-to-peer model that promotes interdependency, long-term relationships and commitment to the community. Since its founding in 2014, Mentoring Mentors has served nearly 200 students.

A world where Black youth have equal opportunity to reach their full potential and become leaders in their communities.

Mission

Mentoring Mentors’ mission is to enhance academic achievement, inspire confidence, and expose youth to positive mentoring experiences that transform the trajectory of their future.

Mentoring Mentors cultivates the next generation of Black community leaders by facilitating near-to-peer mentorships that build confidence, provide academic support, promote social-emotional development and give Black youth the tools and supports needed to manifest their dreams.
