The Learning-Healing Institute, Inc. (LHI) is designed to be an educational residential alternative program and facility serving the needs of male juvenile non-violent offenders between the ages of 13 – 17 years of age. The multi-tiered learning approach of LHI involves various components that serve as the “keys” to success for the young men:

positive school culture and a “home community,
a rigorous academic curriculum,
service-learning curriculum and tactile learning,
re-channeling and acquiring business skills and expertise,

LHI anticipates that the school community will be fully engaged, invested, and contributory to the individual success of each young man entering the Institute.
