Hailey is a design strategist and visual artist based in Baltimore. With a background in neuroscience, design thinking, and community education, Hailey works with community-rooted leaders to create irresistible invitations to necessary work. Her practice centers Black queer joy, collective imagination, and the belief that everyone is a designer capable of shaping liberated futures. Hailey has spoken widely on her approach to Design Justice at MICA, the Maryland Arts Summit, and International Placemaking Week.
